What Is Your Return Policy?
As we take pride in the products we sell, we offer a guarantee on our products. If a product is somehow defective or of bad quality we will either replace or refund the product within 7 days of delivery to your home. We can not take returns on open body and health products. However if there is a quality issue with the product we will address the situation immediately and work with you to resolve the problem.
If you are a artisan in the North Kootenay area, then we would love to hear from you. We work with a $15 sign up fee to join the webpage and take a 25% commission for products sold. We hold products at our space in Johnson’s Landing in order to guarantee a fast delivery system once sold. We also take care of all advertising and networking.
